Financial Software Set Up + Audits
Starting from scratch? We will set up Quickbooks for your business and create a system for weekly account updates and monthly reconciliation & review of your accounts. If you’ve had a system, we’ll audit your books to ensure you’ve got the best set up for your business.
Reconciliation of all of your bank, merchant accounts, and credit cards, organized using a cloud-based filing system for statements, invoices, & digitized receipts.
Your dedicated bookkeeper is always available to answer questions, and we offer quarterly close out and review meetings to review your books, see where you’re at, and plan the future. Our team works remotely and we regularly use video calls to be able to meet “in person.”

How it works:
You’ll either drop your account statements (bank, credit cards) into your filing system, or we’ll help you sync your accounts to Quickbooks Online.
Your dedicated bookkeeping associate will take care of all the day-to-day reconciliations for you. Have a question? They’re an email away.
Once a month, we’ll send you a list of transactions that we might need a bit of your help categorizing.
Then we’ll send you your customized profit and loss and balance sheets and you will pat yourself on the back for feeling in control of your business.
Who we serve:
Our services are billed as a flat, monthly fee based on the size and complexity of your business.
We work with solo-entrepreneurs with a single bank account and credit card, growing businesses with payroll, merchant accounts, and inventory, up to complex companies in need of a dedicated weekly bookkeeping, without the hassle of hiring, training, and supervising yourself.
Base monthly fee for solo-entrepreneurs is $225; $425 and up for Small Businesses.

Are you accountants? Can you file my taxes?
Bookkeeping and accounting are two different, yet crucial pieces of your businesses financial support: A good accountant will take the data and information that your bookkeeper compiles to file your taxes and support your business with a tax strategy. As bookkeepers, we will work seamlessly with your accountant, and can make recommendations for an excellent accountant if you need one. Our bookkeeping clients find that they pay their accountants less per year, and their tax filing process is much less stressful. We’ve helped multiple clients file without extensions for the first time in years. However, we do file sales tax for clients.
What about pay my bills, cut checks, and call in my payroll?
Our bookkeeping services includes all the organizational and reporting aspects of bookkeeping; because we are an outsourced provider we keep a clean distinction between keeping your books and interacting with your money. As a business owner we believe it is crucial for you and your employees to handle the functions of your business that involved making decisions about your financials and money. We can chat about the systems we help owners set up to ensure we work together seamlessly and with ease.
I’ve let my books fall by the wayside, can you catch up my books?
Yep! If you need your books caught up, we can create a customized quote for getting you caught up.
What about setting up new systems?
As part of getting started, we can customize your chart of accounts and will set up a cloud-based filing system for you. We often work with clients to customize reports as well. We do offer a limited number of “set up only” projects per quarter, without continuing bookkeeping service. Inquire for availability.
I want to do my own bookkeeping, can you teach me how?
Sorry, we don’t provide tutoring or training. We’ve found that if you have the money to pay us to teach you bookkeeping, you’re better off outsourcing anyway.
Do I need to sign a contract? What if I want to take my books back in house after working with you?
Our service terms are month-to-month. Give us a month’s notice, and we’re happy to help you transition smoothly. Because we believe in leaving our campsites cleaner than we found them, we do not provide refunds once the month of service underway or paid for; we will close out the month we were in, and ensure an easy handoff.
My business isn’t located in Philadelphia, can you still keep my books?
Yup! We work remotely with all of our clients, and can conduct meetings over phone and video calls. As long as you have internet, you can work from your snowsuit in Antarctica and we can still keep your books.
